Terms of use
Beta terms of use
Version: 2026-06-23
1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the minigame portal during development, testing and beta phases. The operator may adjust features, game rules and availability during these phases.
2. Account and access
Credentials must be kept confidential and accounts may not be transferred without permission. Users must provide accurate contact details and promptly report security incidents.
3. Fair play and prohibited use
Manipulation, unapproved automation, bypassing server validation, multiple accounts used for advantage, exploitation of obvious defects, attacks on infrastructure or other users, and unlawful or third-party content are prohibited.
4. Server-side validation
Rankings, times, progress and rewards become valid only after successful server-side validation. Clearly erroneous, manipulated or technically unverifiable results may be rejected or held for review.
5. Rewards and virtual values
Virtual tokens, rewards and ranking positions have no guaranteed monetary value and do not create a claim to payment. Incorrect entries may be corrected through traceable adjustment transactions. Historical transactions are not silently deleted for integrity reasons.
6. Availability and changes
Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed during testing. Maintenance, resets, rule changes and temporary shutdowns may be required. Granted rewards and transaction evidence generally remain traceable.
7. Feedback
Users may report bugs and suggestions through the portal. Feedback may be synchronised with the connected GitHub project. Feedback must not contain passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal data.
8. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended temporarily or permanently for security risks, rule violations, suspected manipulation or abuse. Statutory rights and obligations remain unaffected.
9. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. Limitations do not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or other mandatory statutory liability.
10. Changes to these terms
Material changes receive a new version number. Renewed acceptance may be required before further use.
